Did replacing the clutch fix this?

Mine is getting harder and harder to shift into and between gears. I know it's not the trannsmission as it was rebuilt within 10k miles ago. The slave was also replaced then and everything was bled super good. I tried the Mityvac bleed method under light vacuum just as a safety net to see if I'd left any air on accident, didn't get a single bubble.

Likewise, all this started happening after a stinky, hard clutch burn, but in 2nd, not 3rd.
