Default center force pedal pressure ?

I got a 99 T/A about 2 months ago. I got the car from a dealership that knew nothing about the history of the car. So here's my ?. I have never drove a M6 LS1 before this car. I've owned and drove several LT1 M6 cars with stock and non stock clutches. well my chutch is as easy to push or easier than a stock lt1 clutch at idle/low rpm's. it gets harder as the rpm's go up. say I'm holding it to the floor at idle and rev the motor as it revs you can feel the pedal pushing back harder and harder on your foot. around 5000-6000 rpm it's probably has almost twice as much pressure against my foot as it does at idle. is this how all LS1 cluthes are I thought mybe it might be a centerforce and the wieghts on the fingers of the P.P. are why the pedal pressure inceases. it does seem to hold extremely well albeit my car is only a bolt on car.
