dang PRO 5.0!
I'm getting really fed up with the bolts losening on the handle for my pro 5.0. I've used red loctite, then tightened the crap out of them. 1K miles later, they are loose again. I'm about ready to weld the damn handle on there. What are you guys doing?

Re: dang PRO 5.0!
Use to have this problem with my old mustang, just use some lock washers. Problem solved.

yes, if it doesnt have lockwashers, use some or some star washers.. if it does have them, use glue!
you MAY also try calling pro-5.0 and see if they have any recent complaints about this, maybe a tooling problem but normally with threaded holes, they close up, not get too big.

Re: dang PRO 5.0!
You'd be wise to remove the top part of your console and the stick and use the loctite. I didn't because it felt tight when I installed it, and last Sunday on the way home from work, one of the screws came out while I was doing 85mph on the interstate and I was stuck in 6th gear. I found out when I went to downshift as I exited. I ended up having to coast to a parking lot where I called a friend to bring me some tools, but it could've been alot worse if I'd been in heavy traffic when it happened.
