Default Clutch Circuit SES code!?

Dunno if this belongs here or in the diagnostics section but here goes: I am throwing a "Clutch Circuit" (or clutch circuit switch...can't remember what he said) code as told to me by autozone and my SES light is on, been that way since I installed my new clutch (stock 02 clutch, replaced everything including all bearings slave and master and flywheel) I also installed a skip shift eliminator from WS6store when I reinstalled. So my question is what is this code it doesn't affect my driveability since I have been driving with the light on since February and have logged about 6000 miles on the car. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Matt

Might be this code: DTC P0704 Clutch Switch Input Circuit Malfunction only one that sounds correct from LS69TA's post of all the trouble codes, any ideas what that might be or how it can be fixed?
