RAM clutches?

RAM clutches? We installed at RAM HD clutch in the camaro about 14 months ago, the clutch has maybe 2,000 miles on it. Well a spring in the clutch plate broke, and damaged the flywheel among other things. Has anyone else had this problem with this clutch for the LS1? This clutch is rated at 600 hp, and its was installed correctly. The car is putting out about 330hp at the wheel, I don't think this would be enough to kill the clutch. The other camaro we had, had the stock clutch in it with a aftermarket cam and it held up for a while.
I'll post pictures later on they are too big right now. If anyone can edit them I'll email them to you to give you a better idea of what I'm talking about. We called RAM and they want us to send the clutch back so they can inspect it and based on their conclusions they'll send a new one out to us.

ive had two and havent had that problem..about 4k on the first one (took it out cause my slave messed up) current one seems to be fine right now. Less than 600 miles on it though.
