Default Clutch Problem

OK, put in a Spec 3+ in back in December. Its fried,,, Slipping Ratteling, then today I get a "service engine soon light" on. I go to Autozone and they tell me that my input circuit on the clutch switch is bad. Then, I lost all pressure in the clutch today and only have pressure at the very bottom of the push. It still works but has verry little travel. My question to anyone is what would be a good clutch/flywheel combo that can handle 480 HP with 580 Torque? I really don't want to use a Spec again but also dont want to go to the adjustable master cylynder route. I also plan to replace the master and slave cylinder while doing the clutch swap. Any suggestions? Thanks..

Well, you could throw the LS7 in there.

mark that up for shitty spec number 132 for this week!

the LS7 clutch might not be enough for that kind of torque, but im not 100% certain. i really wouldn't advise using spec ever again though.

Well, I am thinking about going with the Ram 98931-HD and the 1550-Billit. Also heard about an adjustable master and a hi flow cyl. And a Drill mod? The HD model advertises 600hp/Torque. Think this set up might work?

I WILL NOT USE ANOTHER SPEC !!!!

the input circuit on the clutch switch (what ever that is) has nothing to do with clutch performance

Heck, I don't even know where the clutch switch is.. I guess its behind the clutch pdeal somewhere? LOL

I will put the new clutch set up in and see how it acts.... Dang new fangled cars! I miss my 67 Chevelle at times like these!
