Default Clutch Question

I have on 02 Z28, is the stock clutch the Z06 clutch? I've heard this somewhere and wasn't sure. Also, do all the M6 LS1 cars come with lots of play in clutch? Because you can let mine out about 3 or maybe even 4 inches before the clutch will start to grab. I just bought it and am still getting used to it. The previous owner says it is the original clutch. It holds good and strong (and all at once) and I am just wondering if this is how all these cars are and how to adjust it so there is less slop in it the pedal.
Thanks, Neal

yes your car came with the Z06 clutch. And everyone's clutch releases at a different point.....but if you want to be able to adjust it you need to buy an adjustable mater cylinder from one of the sponsors>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

but if i were you i would leave it alone until its time to replace it or until you do some major upgrades. As long as it holds strong and engages fine you are set.
