What Shift Knob Do You Have?
C-5 Z06 I ordered myself a leather wrapped C5 Z06 **** from Fitchner Chevrolet in MT. I found out that the thred on the **** is different than what my pro 5.0 stick was threaded for. Ended up cutting a bolt down to size, cutting the stick and welding them together. Looks and feels great.

I had the factory leather black ball, and now I have the SLP shifter ****. I can not explain how much better the slp feels and how much more I like it. I think the **** made more of a difference to me then the Pro 5.0 did. Definately the best $40 i have spent on the car.

To get a T56 **** from the 03/04 cobras to fit, you must use the pro 5.0 shifter STICK for the 03/04 cobra, and then you can use the cobra ****.
I don't think you can even change the stick on the B&M one......

During the summer I use the factory leather Hurst shift **** with Pro 5.0 and LSS. I switch it out for either my MBA 2.25" "SS" black ball **** or Hurst T-handle during the winter. The summer months are hot here, and those metal shift ***** will burn the **** out of your hand if the car sits out in the sun.

Sooooo true. I got the black stainless steel one as well and I didn't know I was going to get 2nd degree burns on my hand!! Probably a good thing I didn't get the engraved one, I might have an emblem burned to my palm

You can pick up the black Pistol grip Hursts on ebay cheaper than anywhere else. UMI also makes a direct knock off of the Hurst only it's all black with just UMI engraved into it. It's the same price as the Hurst is on ebay though.
