Can I bleed the slave and master cylinder out of the car? Just wondering cause it would be easier if I could. Thanks

I've had bad experiences w/ a mity vac. So just hook up the master/slave but just leave the slave dangleing and I can bleed the system like that, right? (I have the tranny off right now). If I use the quick disconnect on the master to slave will air get back in the system?

Also, it seems like the throwout bearing would need to be depressed or something to properly bleed...
