trans or clutch problems? Hello, I have a 94 lt1, spec 3. when shifting fast OR normally, sometimes it has a little grind going into gear. im 90% sure the clutch totally disengages, i can put it in 1st with the clutch down and rev it and it doesnt move at all. one thing thats weird, when im stopped and put it in 1st gear initally theres a small clunk on the rear or suspension maybee. everything suspension wise is rod ended btw.
when shifting normally, i go from 1st to second gear. sometimes i can feel it hesitate before going into 2nd, as if its waiting for everything to line up. if i force it in it will grind a little going in. i think i need a trans rebuild, anyone got any input on this? thanks alot
