how much hp/tq can the stock ls6 clutch handle?

how much if it was driven everyday would roast it?

Not much, if you spin it. I roasted my OEM clutch (2001 SS comes with the 2001 Z06 clutch) in 2002. My replacement OEM clutch now has 35,000 miles on it and slipped a few weeks ago.
