having some clutch problems, anyone help? Well I installed a cartek clutch about 6-8 weeks ago. It drove fine for 2-3 weeks, then all of the sudden the pedal would go down half way then the other half would be hard to push in. Well, a couple days of doing that then SNAP, the rod on the master cylinder snapped in half.
Cartek sent me a new master that I put in the car on July 7th. It felt great, normal pedal pressure, engaged at the right time, everything. Now after about a week of driving it, I had to adjust the rod on the cylinder almost all the way down, the pedal pressure is getting firm again and it doesnt engage until the pedal is almost all the way out.
does anyone have any clue on what to do?!?! Return the cartek adj master and get a mcleod?
