Default Master Cylinder

how do you know if your master cylinder went out? i just replaced my slave an its still doing the same ******* thing. wont go into gear. i tryed it after bleeded it for 2 days straight and the same bullshit. an after i drove it for about 2000 feet the fluid was dark brown. how do i know if my master is bad. or what do you think could be wrong?

Does it feel like you have a good pedal? If it does, the master is likely bad. The fluid just goes back and forth past the seals as you push the pedal. Sometimes the process of elimnation helps too. Replace it and your hydraulic system should be fine. Make sure you insulate your lines from heat.

yea the pedal is stiff! like harder then ever before. i mighty vacced it for a while. too an nothing.. i got one big bubble.. but nothing after that. just alot of lil tiny tiny tiny tiny microscopic things. so i ordered a master.. i just dont wanna keep replacing everything an it not be that u know?
