Default How long...M6+5500RPM dumps?

How long will the stock M6 last under 5500 RPM dumps with 370 HP, 365 TQ and 100 wet shot off the line?

Went to the track yesterday did a
R/T .962
60' 1.675
1/8 7.719
MPH 91.67
1/4 11.951
MPH 121.63

A new best for my car but a few runs later...
Came off the line HARD! Banged 2nd cool...hit 3rd HARD and the car started to shake REAL BAD. Aborted the run let of the gas put it in 5th (to help slow some) and the vibration was still there. Put in the clutch and rev no vibration...let it out comes back the fast the car goes the more vibration. I'm hoping I twisted the drive shaft but done know. On one of the early runs the M6 went in-between 3rd and 5th and kind of sounded like a box of rock. I have to unload and look into what's up.

Is that a 10 bolt that you were doing that to? IT would be shortlived in most cases if that is what you are running with.

if you're a good driver it will last a LONG time. I'd say at least 500 passes at that power level.

I agree. I have more than 250 passes on mine but it was rebuilt with great parts by myself. I launch at around 7200 each time and shift somewhere around 7400-7600 depending on track conditions.
