3rd gear problem

ok i have a problem, sometimes when i go into 3rd and just barely start to let out on the clutch it will pop out to Neutral, now its not power shifting or slamming gears or anything its just easy cruising, any reasons why this would be doing this ? thanks

Do you have an aftermarket shifter.

your bump stop is out of adjustment, if you have an aftermarket shifter. ... or your gonna need a t56 rebuild here soon, like me! hopefully it'll be the first thing

NOPE ALL FACTORY, so that means the tranny will be needing a rebuild?? with only 70,000 miles!??!?!?!

the symptom you're decribing is a bad 3/4 snycro going bad, it'll keep on getting worse if thats the problem. You could change the fluid, add a syncro additive to see if that helps and it could buy you more time. I'd try that.
