Default Low load vibration / 6th grear vibration

I have recently noticed my car has a horrible vibration in the shifter **** (swinging back and forth really fast) in 6th gear mostly at a low load. It hasn't done this before and that's for sure. It will do it in other gears at a pretty low RPM but that may be just a little normal but it seems a little worse then it used to. AT WOT you cannot tell a difference from what I have seen... it's kinda cold and I'm on street tires so I can't really hammer into it real card without the car getting nasty on me. But what could this be? It was fine a week ago?

My car had this same problem, it turned out to be an ignition issue. I changed the plugs and wires and it went away.

Look also for slight high rpm miss to confirm.
