Default Drill Mod now Clutch is Flat HELP!

I went to the track yesterday with horrbile results. I shift from 1st to 2nd and the clutch pedal almost goes flat. I shift from 2nd to 3rd and the pedal is to the floor with no pressure and takes about half of second pushing it into the gear to actually engage 3rd. I shift from 3rd to 4th and it just sat in neutral because of no clutch pressure. It only goes flat at WOT and other than that the thing has good pressure, nice and firm. I did the drill mod and replaced with Valvoline fluid about 2 months ago. The fluid is now dark brown but clean and I bled with a mity vac. Car has 53k, shifter is notchy like everybody else's, and hard to go into 1st and Reverse. Any Help? Again, with regular driving it drives good.

It is a hydraulic problem...but what, I don't know. Sounds like the fluid is getting cooked pretty good since the problem is at WOT, but I'm not sure. The fluid shouldn't be dark, so I'd try to do a full flush if you can and see if that helps. Tracking down problems like these are no fun.

I just put the fluid in. In the container, it' darker. On the container it's clear. I Mity Vac'd it againa dn got about 40ml on fluid and air. That's about half of the Vac container. It seems to only do it now at WOT tryin to go to 4th gear. Brand new fluid though.

This might help. I adjusted the sensor that tells the car when the clutch is engaged and not engaged. I can start it without pressing the clutch and if I let the clutch out slowly but don't give it any gas it won't die but it will start going down the road. If I coast in 1st gear and don't push the clutch in, it doesn't die, it will just keep rolling. If I just completely let it out from start then yeah it dies. If I normally let it out then it rolls. Anything to do with the pressure?

Are you using the same fluid that you opened two months ago? Brake fluid has a very short shelf life once opened. It readily absorbs water and could be boiling under your WOT runs. Just a thought.

What about using a really thing oil such as 0w 40? Or somethin that has a better boiling temp. I used the Valvoline Synthetic stuff. The fluid is all new. Just replaced when drill mod.

The manual says to NOT use synthetic fluid on LS1 cars, says something about premature slave failures can result from using synthetics, try changing to just a DOT 4 fluid and see what happens.
