Default B&M shifter owners come in, need help .....

i have an 01 SS, i installed the B&M ripper shifter about a month ago, it feels nice and shifts smoothly but when i shift to 1,3,5 , my fingers are real close to the dash and radio, i though there was a way to adjust the whole thing farther back or farther forward , i already have the bump stops adjusted like i want it.....Let me know if its possible guys, thanks

yes it is possible to move it, your kit should have come with some plates with offset holes and some with centered holes, the offset ones will move the shifter forward, or backwards depending on the orientation of the holes.

Yes, it is adjustable. If I remember correctly, you turn the washers/plates around the other way and it moves the shifter. Mine is adjusted back and I just can touch the stereo buttons with my hand resting on the shifter.
