Clutch Master Cylinder
When I got my 99 LS1 T56 for my rod project it was just the engine and transmission. The Hydro line and master cylinder were not included. I guess I could just get a original from Scoggins but I think that that master cylinder mounted at such an angle would be hard to manage in my setup. I'm thinking about a Wilwood 7/8" master cylinder, but I dont know about the line to the slave. Can I get the quick disconnect that fits the slave from an aftermarket source or am I stuck with buying the whole assy. Any thoughts?

Re: Clutch Master Cylinder
Might look at some other GM apps. I know a diesel '95 truck, 5spd has a master that's horizontal instead of angled. As to which fitting fits what, you can have a hydraulic line shoppe put one fitting on a line & the fitting for the slave on the other.

Re: Clutch Master Cylinder
Thanks for your input. I think I'll do as suggested on the line. I'll get the wilwood for the master cylinder. I guess I'll have to buy a master with the line with the quick disconnect on it from GM as I have not been able to find a Line by itself. A few thoughts have come into my head for building an adapter to fit the master onto the firewall. Anybody know what the stroke length of the Clutch master cylinder is?
