Default weird trany problem

just noticed this today. if I push the clutch in while coasting and rev the engine the trany grinds a little around 3500rpms. Does the same in every gear with the clutch pushed in and also while in neutral with the clutch pushed it. Anybody have a clue? Is this synchros?

Pilot bearing or throwout bearing. Does it do it less or the same if you push the clutch in after to reving to 3500 so the transmission is also spinning that speed for a second?

actually today it didnt do it. Thats weird I guess it only does it after driving at lease 20 miles.

it would only do it around 3500 like 3500to 3700 any more rpm and it would go away.

im also noticing going into 2nd and 3rd makes a slight rub noise
