Help Please!!

I have read several threads on here where ppl are hitting a "brick wall" when shifting 2-3 and 3-4....my problem is similar but different...
If i shift from 2-3 at wot and it actually goes into gear..it doesnt engage!!! So yes at wot its where 3rd should be buts its not engageing in 3rd and it doesnt kick it back out either...so i dont think its a synchro....this is becomin a huge problem for me at the track...its like its in gear but its not at the same time, its driving me ****** insane!!!

also once it does that its kinda difficult to get back out of gear....

please someone have some answers!!!

Me friends car started to stick in gear and one day it completly stuck. It took him like 1/2 hour to get it out and then he didnt use that gear anymore. I would take it to a trans shop, sounds like somethigs broke.
