I just bought the Z06 clutch today at the GM parts warehouse for $277.80 tax included and Sat. I'm taking it by Clutch Dynamic's to see what the clamping force really is. Dan Pelly who owns the place and one of the top Super Stockers of his day has one of the few machines in this part of the country to test it and he said he would check the clutch material to see if he could put something better on the disc for better bite and be streetable too. I will keep you update on what he has to say about the Z06. To much after market set ups are charging way to much for what you are really getting and the materials they use and they reconmend starting with the stock setup and building it from there for less than after market.

The SLP clutch is the '02 "Z-06" clutch. I have not heard much about the flywheel. IMHO you can get a much much better clutch for the price. I am going with a RAM setup next month $999 for clutch pressure plate, adjustable master, and slave. Claims to be good up to 500 RWHP at the track. The z06 is good to about 350 RWHP at the track.
