Any brand in particular that is popular for the T-56 as opposed to the Auto?

ive tried alot of fluids and wasted alot of $$$

penzoil dex III mercon IV standard cheep stuf
ams oil atf-----------like it dont know why i switched
ams oil syncro mesh---------like it dont know why i switched
mobil 1 atf-------------not gonna waste more money on another fluid and it shifts fine and tremmic reccamends this over others

The Pennzoil Synchromesh is also OK, especially if you're in a warmer climate.
