Default Somethings wrong!!

I just noticed today that when I down shift from 2nd to 1st that I can hear a noise in the tranny...I'm guessing that it might be the clutch...What do you guys think? Sometimes when I'm on the freeway and I down shift to 4th it'll be hard to get it into gear...

O2's could be rattling, my car sounded like **** and the dealership undid and then tightened the O2's and oddly it sounds MUCH! better, lol. Wierd. They even banged with a rubber mallet on the exhaust with them out and then in. Thats what I was hearing.

It's just the speed of the gears in the tranny changing 'cause you're trying to gear down. No big deal. DRIVE IT!

I drove around today and I had 1 of my friends listen to the noise and he said its a throwout bearring...My dad said the same thing. If it is the throwout bearring how much will it cost to replace everything? I'm looking to get a new clutch too since I'll be in the process of taking the tranny out
