Default Need help from the clutch pro's....

Last night at the track after launching with N2O and getting a 1.62 60', when I shifted into 3rd, the clutch petal stuck to the floor. After a little bit, the clutch is working fine. Any ideas on what it is? My clutch is a SPEC stage 3 carbon fiber that has worked flawless for a year and a 1/2. I also installed a new slave cylinder when the clutch was installed. The master cylinder has never been changed. HELP!

Check the fluid and see if it is dirty. I also had a stage 3 that worked great for 6 months, but eventually started doing the same thing. Basically, three slaves, and two masters later, it is working pretty good so far. But I also had to take the whole clutch kit to SPEC and have them check it out. It turns out that the pressure plate had adjusted itself all the way down, and had warped. But I also found out in the process, that the LS1 hydraulic systems do not like synthetic fluid. Hope you get everything worked out.
