Default Stock clutch sticking on hard launches WTF?

I like to ride the clutch a bit upon launch to avoid too much wheel spin. Sometimes the clutch pedal sticks when the clutch grabs. To recover, I have to let off the gas. The pedal comes back up and I go. But that kills my time. I would be mid twelves or better if my clutch did not do this. My car wants to go but the stock clutch is the limiting factor. For everyday driving the clutch is perfect. It's only when I launch it where it fails.

I am not sure if this problem with the hydrolics of the clutch itself. I feel I need a better clutch system.

Is the Z06 clutch something that would be an upgrade from my stock clutch or would aftermarket units like RAM to be better.

My Goals: Mid to low twelves on demand and retain streetability and longevity. No more than 400 HP.
