Default New clutch... Do I need a new ...

I just bought a ram clutch/flywheel setup and was told I need a new master cylinder and slave cylinder/throwout bearing. Is this true? Does anyone know why?

Thanks, all responses are greatly appreciated

Don't know for sure about the master. The throwout is an insurance replacement. Same goes for the pilot bearing. I know my centerforce needed the newer style slave cylinder, and came with a notice stating that. Either way if you haven't replaced the slave I would do it while you're in there and it will come with a throwout. Lastly pressure plate/flywheel bolts possibly depending on how many times they've been removed and reinstalled.
