Drill mod is already done. Looks like time for a rebuild. Tried it on the street tonight and it went into 3rd with no problem @ 6000. I did shift slower than I do at the track.

i used an 1/8 inch drill bit.it shrinks down to almost a 1/16th inch hole deep down inside the fitting when you disconnect the line.look in the transmission faq sticky thread there is a write up on it in there.

Anyone got a writeup on this drill mod ?? Also, what does it do exactly -- Smoother or easier shifting, lighter clutch pedal feeling ?? Whats the deal ??

Dave when ever you are ready to pull the tranny let me know and I will come by and give you a hand. You definately need to get it rebuilt so you can get back to the track and get that 11 second run.
