3rd and 4th grind when shifting

shifting from 2nd to 3rd grind but stillgoes in and drives then from 3rd to 4th grinds the same and drives fine when in gear???

sounds like a bad 3-4 syncro... im having the same problems right now...

I have first to second real bad, gonna go with sixspeed.com and get it sent down for a rebuild.
