Default is this bad??? someone read

I was trying to bleed the clutch from underneath and i went to put the rachet onto the bleeder valve and it fell in just the socket and idk what to do?

Get a bendable magnet & get it back out of there.
otherwise your pulling the trans back to get it. I would go the magnet route to retrieve it.

I would not suggest leaving it in there. The aluminum motor & trans wouldn't have a chance against that socket flying around in there.

i cant find any place that sells a bendable magnet im so pissed

I'd try a good magnet attached to a string. Go in thrugh the slave line hole. Or if you are real brave just drill a hole in the bottom of the bell and pull it out thrugh the hole. I had a one inch hole in the first T-56 bellhousing I ever had in my car, never knew why the hole was there but it was never a problem. Good luck

yea i might just try that thanks alot though for the idea im just pissed hopefully i can get this thing out and drive this car it sucks dude

can someone please help me i still cannot get it out and i drove the car to midas to see if they would try and get it out but couldnt they said 500 dollars to seperate the trans from the engine and get it out and i said **** no...i really am running out of ideas what could happen if i leave it in? i was wondering if i can go through the starter?

Pull the starter, fish it out with a pen magnet. If you leave it in there it'll come out like a bullet, put a hole in your bellhousing and maybe even your leg. Get it out

i finally got it out thanks alot the starter helped so much it also made a nice hole in my bellhousing i guess driving it home from the mechanic im never letting other people work on my car but thanks for the help
