Default Adjustable Clutch

Ever Since I Put The Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch On My 99 Z28 I Cannot Shift 1-2 2-3 Under Load. It Will Come Out Of 1st But I Have To Wait To Go Into 2nd. It Seems When I Bleed The Clutch System It Works For A Day. Then Goes Away. I Did The Drill Mod 2 Nights Ago And It Seemed To Work. But Last Night It Went Away. Do I Need An Adjustable Clutch? If So Will The Ram Adjustable Work?

Thanks
Chris

Take the weights off the pressure plate, have it neutral balanced and that will fix your issues. Until then you might be stuck in the water. The centerforce we have numerous issues with and I don't warranty my transmissions if you use a centerforce. I have had numerous customers that the weights came off and didn't know it and it caused transmission issues after the rebuild. Remove the weights and have it neutral balanced and it is a great clutch.

I Cant Be The Only One W/centerforce. Can Any Of Them Shift Underload W/the Weights On? Id Rather Change The Slave Cylinder Than Drop The Tranny To Take The Weights Off. What Do You Think.

chris, i also put a new slave cylinder in my car and it helped with the pedal issues i was having but i still have the same shifting issue as you do it. the slave cylinder barely has 5000 miles on it..

My Slave Doesnt Even Have 1000 On It Yet. I Talked To Will At Centerforce. He Hasnt Heard Of This Problem. He Asked If I Had Done The Drill Mod. I Told Him I Just Did It. Im Wondering If I Didnt Bleed All Of The Old Fluid Out. Im Going To Try That Tonight. I Was In A Hurry. I Let You Know What Happens.
