No A/C HVAC after A4 to M6 swap

No A/C HVAC after A4 to M6 swap I finished my M6 swap and do not have the items listed below working. I replaced the A4 engine harness with a M6 harness of the same year with the trans swap.
1. A/C (controls don't seem to do anything)
2. Radiator fans (car overheats now while idling in traffic)
3. Blinkers (the hazards work though)
All the fuses and relays are good. I also jumpered the A and B terminal at the ALDL connector and the fans did not come on as they should. Any suggestions??
