I installed mine a few months back. Had a Hurst before and the Pro 5.0 feels a lot better to me. Do it! You won't regret it.

I had the factory Hurst, then got the UMI short stick, then got the pro5.0 and put the UMI short stick on it. The UMI stick keeps the same angle as the pro5.0.
I LOVE IT

it is a very nice piece, but if you want the best go with a hurst billet plus shifter, it is much better, I had a Pro 5.0 and then felt a Hurst Billet in a buddies car and I had to have one, so I sold it and have never looked back

I've driven the factory Hurst, the Pro 5.0, and the B&M Ripper. The factory Hurst sucked, the Ripper is what I have in my car. The Pro 5.0 was also very nice, but I found the B&M for cheaper at the time, and I've never wanted a shorter stick than what I already have. I'd like to try a Hurst Billet Plus sometime if I get the chance...

I like mine

whats with upgradeing the arm? The stock is great, angled, and short. You can cut it down too.

I love mine. Precise, quiet and the mechanical stops are great for peace of mind.

I love mine, but modding the stick is a must in my opinion. Cut some threads off for starters. If you are satisfied, enjoy it. If you are tall like me, and sit back alittle further than most, you might want to bend the stick. I just put mine in my press and gave it alittle angle back, and a little angle to the drivers side. Now its perfection for me. I can shift into the 1,3,5,R without leaning forward or moving my arm all the way out.

You wont regret it!
