Need Lower Shifter Boot-Where to buy?

Anyone know where to get the lower shifter (rubber) boot? It's the one that's part of the shifter (plate) assy...NOT the "Leather" boot or the rubber one under it that screws to the tunnel/floor.
GM wants to sell the whole shifter assy, $700+ list.
It's an M6/T56 with the factory option Hurst shifter.
