Default Balancing a flywheel and clutch

So I have a used Fidanza aluminum flywheel and a new Spec clutch. I keep reading about how Spec and Ram Powergrip balance their clutch and flywheel assembly if they are purchased together. My questions are:

1) Is it worth doing this? Do I need it on an LS2?
2) How bad would it be to have the flywheel resurfaced and install them "unbalanced"?
3) Where would I get it balanced in Dallas? Ive called a million transmission shops and no one balances. The best I got was "call Kimbar racing" which is a super drag racing engine builder.

Thanks,
Chris
