T56, oil getting chucked out breather tube
For a couple of years I ran a totally stock T56, overfilled slightly with fluid, and never once did I have a problem.
But this year, with a new built T56, filled with exactly the correct 4 litres, anytime I drive the car hard, Im getting my very expensive oil thrown out of the breather tube.
Any ideas why ?

Both boxes use the full length breather tube, so it does seem very strange that the one with the correct ( lower ) amount of oil, is spewing it out !

I could have used cheap fluid if I wanted to. I had been using cheap Fuchs ( they make Silkolene stuff too ) fluid for about 2 years, and it worked perfectly for me.
I was using about 4.5litres, maybe a tad more then.
I just decided to spend more this time around after getting a new trans, and the oil I chose ended up coming from Australia. Although even there, it is expensive compared to other products.
I used exactly 4 litres this time, which is what the factory specs are. Although Most Aussies reccommend overfilling via the reverse light switch with regular oils.
It is not necessary with this oil.
