Default Weird noise coming from clutch (I think) need help

First off, I have a McLeod Rev-Lok II clutch, and it's brand new (last one broke)! Whenever I go to ease it into first gear, there is like a loud bang right before it goes into gear coming from what sounds to be like inside the engine compartment. The old one that broke did this too, but also squealed and had bad pedal feel, and this one the pedal feels good and isn't squealing. Does anyone know what this bang could be, and is it possible that maybe I have a broken motor mount, and how do I check if I do, and if it is, can that damage my motor cuz i've been running it hard? Thanks in advance for any help!
