t56 rebuild

how much should i expect to pay to get my t56 rebuilt?? its a LT1 style trans that i put into s10 pickup...it is started to grind 1st and 2nd sometime and want to fix it before i damage anything inside....if i was to ship it to a vendor to get rebuilt what would shipping cost on average from NJ?? i plan on getting the recommended upgrades because it should be making 500bhp

just checked out there site and the cost of a basic rebuild starts at 950 and up to 2k.....ill be picking up a manual and do it myself.....where can i get a good quality rebuilt kit??
