I have a G Force built Viper T-56 with a Pro 5.0 shifter with a 1" shortened power tower and for what ever reason it is not as tight as some of my friends shifters are. The 1st to 2nd shift works ok for me but i have had several other ppl drive the car and sometimes they cant even get the 1 2 shift. The 2 3 shift is very difficult even for me being used to the shifter. On occasion it will even jam into an unknown gear.Im not sure where it goes but the reverse lights do come on so my friends have told me. Im just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem.It is not the trans i kno that for a fact and im about to order a new shifter but,im just curious if maybe theres an adjustment on the shifter somewhere to adjust tension so maybe i dont have to spend another 200+$
