LS7 Slave cylinder
Is there a reason the ls7 slave won't work, or the entire hydraulic set-up? I do not plan on using the ls7 clutch- I'm currently running a CF dual friction/SLP billet steel flywheel. However, I am tire of the crappy hydraulics. I've done the drill mod, replaced the master with an adjustable from RAM, and supposedly have an '01 slave in the car (accourding to the previous owner that had the clutch installed), yet still have hydraulic issues that are quickly driving me crazy. I would be completely willing to rip every piece of my hydraulic assembly out and replace it with the ls7 pieces if it will work.

There are lots of issues that can be solved on the hydraulic's yourself though.
Clean frequently flushed fluid is paramount IMO.
I'm guessing you read all the stuck threads at the top of this section?
You'd need a bearing retainer that bolted on to the front of the trans using the slave cylinder bolts . The hard part will be the pivot ball needed for the clutch fork . You will also need to modify the bellhousing to something like the LT1 uses .
