Default Grind when putting it into reverse...

Ok lately my car started being a pain in the *** to put into reverse....I have to put it into 1st then nuetral and back into 1st and then into reverse so it doesn't grind.

Also if I hit it on the highway and go through some gears the clutch stays stuck to the floor and takes some pumping to be able to switch gars easily again.

Any help would be appreciated!

My car is a 2002 Trans Am WS6 M6

The clutch is not releasing all the way may be in the hydraulics or the clutch may be so worndown that is out of adjustment
