Default 4th gear grinding - syncros bad?

Started the car up today, start driving out of the neighborhood and soon as I hit 4th...Grrrchhhh!

This continued to happen on my 5 minute drive to and back from the gym. It happened at all rpms 1100-3500 (didn't take it any higher). Just a short little grind.

I haven't gone WOT since my last track visit 1.5 weeks ago. There were no problems yesterday or the day before when the car was driven. Quite odd.

When I matched the revs correctly, bam, easily slipped into 4th with no grinding. Syncros right? Any tutorials about how to replace them? Do new ones come with a clutch package?

I'll be updating my clutch in a month or two to because the stocker with 51k isn't going to hold much longer, especially with my cam swap in a couple weeks. I just want to save some money here. Bite the bullet and go with the spec stage 3 now?
