Default How do you bleed the clutch?

Ive been messing with this damn thing for hours....this sucks.

I had the tranny fixed, and they obvoiusly drain the slave when doing so. The master has no air in it....should be working perfect. Ive got a dual disc in it too. Not matter how many times I bleed the slave, it just wont go in gear with the car started. Its a mcleod master, and Ive adjusted it all the way back. As far as it can go....I dont think there is air in the slave, but there must be. Or my damn clutch is jacked and wont disengage....WTF is going on? Im gonna go insane....

I was thinking, and wondering since the slave was fluidless would it be possible that it would not be able to fully disengage since the dual disk sits back more than a standard clutch? First time I installed the twin disk I had to let pressure out of the slave just to get the master to plug into it....now, I figure with no pressure it goes back on its own, and cant pump up since its already against the pressure plate. Maybe if I back the tranny off, and pump the slave up and then reinstall the tranny it would work? Any ideas?

My buddy had the exact same problem with him ram 402/6130. Turned out his pressure plate was screwed. They put the stocker back in and it worked fine.

Your gonna help me? LOL

jk

The clutch is installed perfectly....and there is plenty of pedal effort....I think the master is pushing the fluid to the slave, and the slave has some air somewhere I cant get out. Who knows...Im going up there right now.

I will let you know what the prob was....acting too weird.
