Clutch line stuck

Clutch line stuck I found my clutch line is leaking and went to take it out but found that there is no white plastic release clip on the transmission end. Is there any way to get the line off without that piece? I'll be pulling the trans in the next day or so anyway if that will help but I really need to get this line off so I can fix it. Any help is appreciated.

I thought that was just to press on the white ring. I got the trans out and will just get the line fixed but I'd still like to be able to take the line off in the future. If there is a tool to reach down in there and disconnect it I'd love to know about it but searching found nothing.
