Those delrin shift ***** are pretty cool. I think they'd look pretty awesome in a F body.

Thumbs up

Well guys, all I can say is this...if any of you are "thinking" about having teke184 make you a handle, think no more, FREAKING DO IT!!!

Just got it today and the finished product is PERFECT!! Fits the **** like a glove and looks like it came off the shelf! This is by far the best way to spend a very reasonable amount of money on your car and make it that much more unique! I expected him to ask much more for the handle than he did and you know what, in hindsight, now having seen it in person, I'd have gladly paid more!

I can't say it enough man, THANKS VERY MUCH! You're a damn awesome member here for helping me out!!

So again, ANYONE who wants or needs a shift handle made, don't hesitate for a second to buy from him, the price was excellent, finished product was a 10 out of 10 and he got it shipped out quick!!

Much thanks man!!!

Unfortunate mishap. The B&M on my car doesn't have a removable handle, so as of this moment I can't use it. I'd have realized this if the car had been home but it wasn't.

Oh well, I wanted a Pro 5.0 anyway...now I have an excuse!

you never said you had a B&M shifter.....well crap!

as far as i know the bolt pattern for shift levers is fairly unique between the various companies....Pro 5.0, B&M, Hurst...

but all the shifter GM used....for the T5, the stock z28 shifter and the upgraded factory Hurst (different from the aftermarket hurst)...use the same bolt pattern. and tha'ts what that stick will fit.

almost positive it WON'T fit a Pro5.0 shifter

although i may be able to modify it so it does.

DAMN! I guess I'll have to figure something out. This would have been easier if I didn't assume. I'd have checked the car's shifter but it wasn't in my possession yet. I just bought it sunday. One way or another...this thing will go on, oh yes, mark my words...it WILL go on.

As far as i know the factory shifter, factory hurst, aftermarket hurst and pro 5.0 shifters can all take the same shift handle. i know for a fact the factory and aftermarket hurst shifters do, and i see people put lss on their pro 5.0's all the time, so i think its the same as well.

the aftermarket hurst may be compatible....but i'm pretty sure the Pro5.0 is not.

if i remember correctly, on the LSS order page, you had to order a different stick if you had the various aftermarket shifters.

check out the part numbers on the afterthoughts auto page...they are different.

Thats interesting. Because it does list a different part number for the aftermarket hurst 5 and 6 speed shifters but i know for a fact that the regular old generic shirt stick sold on ebay fits both the factory hurst (listed under the stock part number) and the aftermarket 5 speed hurst shifter as i bought two or the same handle, one for myself(factory hurst 6 speed), and one for a friend third gen with a aftermarket hurst billet plus 5 speed shifter. As i said, i have no experience with pro 5.0, but i am sure of these two.
