Default Royal Purple Synchromax

i was thinking about getting this for my t-56. would this be good to use. i have heard that synthetics are bad for T-56's, is this true? my car is a 2000

It does not work well in the t56, at least it did not in mine! Just buy some cheap atf at the local auto part store and save yourself the $$.

Some people swear by this stuff, others (like me) had it in their T56s for a couple of days and then dumped it out due to hard shifting, grinding, etc.
It does seem to do better in the later year ('01-'02) T56s with the carbon fiber blockers, but I would not use it regardless.
