M6 troubles

For some reason the car won't go in 5th unless you are going 105MPH,the car had been giving me trouble jumping out of 3rd but when 5th stopped,3rd started working a little better,any suggestions wounld be appeciated......

Well I know I'm going to go in the trans,and I am Not looking to rebuild the hole thing,Just give the right parts the attention they need.......THANKS

3/4 syncro replace shift fork w/ steel , junk the stamped keys get a set of billets and new blocker rings oh yeah replace the crapy *** stock shifter to a main reason these trannys screw up (overthrow). just a start of the things needing to be addressed while ur in their cause if they aint messed up now they WILL sooner than later.
