Default Replacing clutch in my c5!

okay I am a mechanic and Im very mechanically inclined and should have no problems doing it myself just wanted to ask for some tips from those of you who have done it. Im putting in an ls7 disc, and pressure plate, along with a fidanza alum flywheel arp bolts locktighted of course new through out bearing/cyl and new pilot bearing. also the drill mod that I have heard about on the line for better clutch engagement. which if you have a link for on how to do the drill mod that would be great! anyway... or a step by step process of the whole clutch r&r would probably helpful. but I just want to know if there is any preventative maintenence like on the torque tube or anything before I dig into it! anyhelp would be great thanks for looking!-Nik
