reverse is messed up?

Default reverse is messed up?

everytime i try to reverse either there is a quite noise and i dont go anywhere or the shifter pops out of gear and makes a loud noise... whats going on?

Probably has worn out fork pads on the reverse fork and its not going all the way into gear .

what do i have to do? replace the forks? how hard is that and how much is that gunna be?

The fork itself might be ok . The plastic inserts are cheap but once you have it apart , I would go ahead and freshen stuff up .
