Default T56....How much power capacity?.....

How much power can an f-body t56 handle?......
I will not be pushing anymore than 600whp....
Will a stock low mileage t56 fail miserably?
One thing also to consider is that it will be going into a 2600lb car.....\

In a 2600 lb car , you should be fine up to about 750 rwhp and maybe a little more depending on your setup and type of tire .

Way more than you want to push. I have a friend with an 800+ rwhp daily driver. ~1000 on race gas and meth injection (tune change) that runs a built t56

You should be fine i run 10s on a stock 6 speed, But the clutch needs to be upgraded. I went with a twin disk and love it
